Congratulations "Captain Nowland"

On Friday August 29th, 2008 Chief Guy Swift, and his son, Mascot Joey Swift attended the swearing in ceremony for the newly appointed Captain, Bob Nowland, of the Wilmington Fire Department, Station 1. Bobby is an active firefighter of the Avondale Fire Company. The members and the officers of the fire company would like to congratulate “Captain Nowland” on his hard work and dedication towards his new rank.
