The Avondale Fire Company was alerted to a plane crash around 1330 hours. Through many reports and units checking multiple areas, the crash was finally found to be in the Indian River Park off of Ellicott Road. Crews on scene found one victim burned, dazed, and walking around. He was airlifted to Temple Hospital courtesy of Sky Care. The only other victim of the crash unfortunately succumbed due to his injuries. The company went available around 1600 hours. Thanks to all of the units of scene for their hard work.
